Why would I call you?You would call us when you see a need to enhance your organizations position in the market. It could be you detect competitive, technology or regulatory issues, or, you recognize that internal shortcomings are creating issues. What's the first step?We look to filter early communications. We will ensure that we have the expertise and capability to address your challenge or opportunity. Early on, we will discuss your situation via telephone or email. The next step would be to exercise a Non Disclosure Agreement between us. We always schedule an in person meeting to move forward on any project. OK, what happens next?Working together we jointly define a scope of work. With the scope agreed upon, we will produce a quotation and proposal. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we'll be ready to get to work! I don't see you everyday? Are you working?As with most consulting companies, we often manage multiple projects. If we our engagement requires us to be on-site at a client each day in order to meet the agreed upon specifications, than that's where you'll find us spending our time. At times, we engage other resources, or have the ability to perform work against the specifications remotely. If you have questions about your project, just ask! I have questions about the Internet.
